TERMS & CONDITIONS

Last updated: May 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to enquiries, quotations, orders and services provided by LDP PRINT LTD.

By requesting a quotation, placing an order or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Who we are

LDP PRINT LTD is a UK registered business providing branded workwear, uniforms, promotional clothing and garment branding services for registered UK businesses, trade customers, teams and organisations.

Contact email:
info@ldpprint.uk

2. Business customers

Our website and services are primarily intended for registered UK businesses, trade customers, teams and organisations.

If you are contacting us as a private individual, please let us know before placing an order, as different consumer rights may apply.

3. Quotations

All prices are provided by quotation.

A quotation may include garment costs, branding costs, artwork or setup costs, VAT, delivery and any other relevant charges.

Prices shown in supplier catalogues, third-party catalogues or product viewers may not include branding, setup, VAT, delivery or other order-specific costs. The final price is confirmed only by our quotation.

Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation. If no validity period is stated, the quotation may be subject to change due to supplier pricing, stock availability or changes to the order specification.

4. Orders

An order is only confirmed when we have accepted it and any required payment, deposit, artwork, product details or written approval has been received.

We may refuse or cancel an order if products are unavailable, artwork is unsuitable, payment is not received, the order cannot be produced safely or legally, or the requested work is not suitable for the garment or branding method.

5. Artwork, logos and customer content

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use any logo, artwork, name, design, image, trademark or other material supplied to us.

By sending artwork or branding instructions, you confirm that you have permission to use those materials and that their use will not infringe any third-party rights.

We are not responsible for checking ownership, trademark rights, copyright permissions or brand authorisation.

You are responsible for checking spelling, colours, layout, logo placement and all artwork details before approving production.

You are responsible for checking spelling, colours, layout, logo placement and all artwork details before approving production.

6. Proofs and approvals

Where a proof, mock-up or artwork preview is provided, it is intended to show the general layout, positioning and appearance of the branding.

Colours, garment shades, scale, texture and print appearance may vary slightly between screen previews and the final produced item.

Production will only proceed once the relevant proof, quote or order details have been approved.

Once approved, changes may not be possible or may result in additional costs and delays.

7. Product availability and substitutions

Products may be sourced from third-party suppliers. Stock levels, colours, sizes and product specifications may change without notice.

If an item becomes unavailable, we may suggest a suitable alternative. We will not substitute a product without your agreement unless the change is minor and does not materially affect the order.

8. Branding methods

We may use embroidery, DTF printing, vinyl transfers, heat transfers or other suitable garment branding methods depending on the product, fabric, artwork and intended use.

We will advise on suitable methods where possible, but final results may vary depending on garment material, colour, texture, seams, coatings and product construction.

Some garments may not be suitable for all branding methods.

9. Customer-supplied garments

If we agree to decorate garments supplied by you, this is done at your own risk.

Garment branding is a mechanical and heat-based process. Although care is taken, there is always a small risk of damage, marking, scorching, misalignment or production failure.

We cannot replace or compensate for customer-supplied garments unless we have expressly agreed this in writing before the work begins.

Customer-supplied garments must be clean, unused where possible and suitable for the branding method requested.

10. Production times

Production times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.

Production times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.

Delays caused by late approval, missing information, supplier stock issues, courier delays or events outside our control are not our responsibility.

11. Payment

Payment terms will be confirmed in the quotation or invoice.

We may require full payment or a deposit before ordering garments or starting production.

Goods remain our property until paid for in full.

Late payment may delay production or delivery.

12. Delivery

Delivery costs and estimated delivery times will be confirmed as part of the quotation or invoice.

We use third-party delivery and courier services. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, incorrect delivery details, missed deliveries or circumstances outside our control.

Risk in the goods passes to you once the goods have been delivered to the delivery address provided.

13. Cancellations and changes

Because most branded garment orders are made to order, cancellations or changes may not be possible once products have been ordered, artwork has been approved or production has started.

If cancellation or changes are possible, you may be responsible for any costs already incurred, including garment costs, supplier charges, artwork/setup work, production time or delivery charges.

14. Returns and personalised goods

Custom-branded, personalised or made-to-order goods cannot normally be returned unless they are faulty, not as described or produced incorrectly.

Please check all garments, sizes, colours, branding details and order information carefully before approving production.

If there is a problem with your order, you must contact us as soon as possible and provide clear photographs and details of the issue.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, may offer a repair, replacement, reprint, partial refund or other suitable remedy.

15. Faults and issues

You must notify us of any fault, shortage, damage or order issue within a reasonable time after receiving the goods.

Please do not use, wash, distribute or alter the goods before reporting an issue, as this may affect our ability to assess or resolve the problem.

Minor variations in colour, placement, print texture, embroidery finish, garment shade or product specification may occur and are not necessarily faults.

16. Sizing and garment fit

Garment sizes vary between brands and styles. Size guides are provided as guidance only.

You are responsible for checking size information before ordering.

We cannot accept returns of branded or personalised goods due to incorrect size selection unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.

17. Supplier catalogues and product images

Supplier catalogues, product viewers and images are provided for guidance.

Product colours, garment fit, fabric appearance and specifications may vary from screen previews or catalogue images.

Final product availability and pricing are confirmed by quotation.

18. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of opportunity, reputational loss or other consequential losses.

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order, except where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

19. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including supplier delays, courier disruption, equipment failure, illness, power failure, extreme weather, strikes, import delays or other unexpected events.
